Pamela Romano, National Captive Coordinator

As the National Captive Coordinator, Pam is responsible for providing consulting and educational services on issues related to the captive world, including feasibility studies, strategic reviews of existing captives, design and formation of new captives, domicile regulatory compliance.  In addition, she is the coordinator and the expansion and growth of existing captives. 

Prior to joining Independent Captive Associates, Pam worked for Crump Potomac Affluent Markets.  Crump Potomac is a boutique platform within Crump Life Insurance Services that offers specialized advanced sales and underwriting services and solutions for high net worth life insurance producers. Pam received her bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.  She holds a NYS Property and Casualty Producers License as well as a NYS Life and Health Insurance producers license.
