Kathy Caridi, Dir. Business Development & Client Services

Kathy joined the National Network of Accountants in 1992 after gaining diverse experience in the areas of litigation and recovery with Chemical Bank, Chase Bank, and Manufacturers Hanover Trust.  Over the years at NNA, Kathy has been instrumental in the growth of the firm’s Kanban philosophy and process.  

Her deep understating of the proper implementation of scalable systems to make work flows more efficient has played a major role in the company’s growth.  Under Kathy’s direction, the Kanban philosophy has allowed the NNA’s group of companies to streamline workflows and propel the firm to unique levels of performance similar to the application of these systems at companies like Toyota and other major financial services firms.

In addition, Kathy is in charge of  our Individual Client Relations group.  In this role, Kathy ensures that NNA’s affluent client group receives the extraordinary service that they come to expect and appreciate from the firm.  Kathy routinely works with their banking institutions, attorneys, accountants, and trust companies to coordinate personal and business financial information flow and processes.  Finally, Kathy supervises the annual valuation process for our affluent client group and their ongoing wealth, estate, and financial plans.
