Joseph Tucciarone, Jr. Managing Partner

Joe entered the financial services industry in 1995. He took on the role as a field representative with the Guardian Life Insurance Company. During his time with the Guardian, he developed a successful financial advisory business to assist both individuals and business owners achieve greater wealth and protect their wealth utilizing various tax saving strategies. 

In 2001, Joe shifted his focus from working directly with clients to assisting CPAs and CPA firms implement financial advisory services into their practice. He helped train and assist 100’s of CPA firms that were looking to enter the financial services industry and that are still currently pursue that path.  He helps them formalize a process that allows the CPA firms to bring to their client’s additional services that were not being provided by the firm presently. Firms that have implemented this strategy have seen increased retention of clients and additional referrals to new clients which has led to an increase in annual revenue.

In 2005, Joe became a principal in the National Network of Accountants (NNA). NNA collaborates with accounting firms and their clients to deliver customized risk management and financial planning strategies.  Joe’s experience in working with his clients’ other advisors and their accountants is part of an overall team-based planning approach. This benefits the clients, their businesses, and their families. Most recently, Joe has overseen NNA’s Accounting Firm Advisory Services training program.  His team identifies accounting firms who can benefit from adding NNA’s advisory services to help their induvial and business clients address their long-term planning needs.  Joe and his team then work with and train these firms on an ongoing basis to better serve their clients and expand their position as Most Trusted Advisor. 

As of 2021, Joe collaborated with the team in developing the KANBAN Center for Planning. This is a financial engineering program that will help assist clients maximize their wealth, provide tax free retirement income, protect assets from creditors and leave a legacy for their family.
